Horrible Service on EK 226 SFO-DXB on June 6th

Can someone please help me with a proper (not generic) contact for customer service at EK. My wife and 2 kids just got off EK 226 in Dubai from SFO and recounted the horrible service on board, in Business:

1. Horrible food. They had pre-ordered Ind Veg Food. It was horrible. They asked for something else (off the menu) that was vegetarian and refused to offer it, saying this is what you ordered. They did not say that they would first offer meals to other pax and come back.

2. After the meal service, you could keep ringing the service button, no one would come to the seat. There was nothing to eat as well for vegetarians. Unlike my other 8-10 flights on this route, there was no vegetarian meal option (pasta) for the mid meal snack.

3. During the breakfast service, the food again was horrible, so my wife asked for extra bread rolls for the kids. They gave her only one, saying there were no more to give. So my wife went to the galley after the meal service and saw a whole basket of them

4. Evidently, there was an argument between the purser and the rest of the crew, so the purser was serving the entire cabin himself.

This is pathetic and extremely unlike anything I have seen before on my travels.

In any case, if anyone has a senior contact at EK, please let me know.
