A truly chilling story - thank you for sharing your personal experiences with us. I hope that this helps you to deal with something that I hope we never have to experience first-hand ourselves. BTW, in case you didn't see my other post, the UA CTO here in Chicago told me that all the WTC CTO agents were all safe and sound.
