Generally, the date of the Parade & Party is only announced about 12 months in advance.

Not sure where you got that date from - and the Parade & Party tend to be later than that - this year, the Parade and Party were on the 5th of March, and in 2012 they will be on the 3rd of March.

Wait until next year's Parade before looking out for the date for 2013.
