Thanks for the infor and it makes sense, but somehow every other European airline offering business class seems to manage with this "problem" - so in fact its not crews just forgetting/choosing not to squish the seats but a BD policy to not do it?

Seems a bit of a poor deal for the business class passengers and probably not the right deal for the customer.
