The minimum taxi fare is Y710.

Hyperdia says the fare from Shinjuku to Shinagawa Seaside is Y420.

I have never had to change trains at Osaki when using the Rinkai line. Hyperdia seems to suggest that it is only required for a few trains leaving Shinjuku after 11:30pm.
