Chase says it's only available for their top-end Palladium cardholders for now. As for Wells Fargo, it's only available for a small test group of 15,000 customers before they go full live. Both of them are supposed to start from this month or so it'll probably take a while before usage reports start trickling in. If you happen to work for the State of North Carolina or have a commercial account with SBV though, I think you can start signing up already.

Of course, I'd be more than willing to be a beta tester for any US bank to test out their EMV lineup. Are you listening Citibank and BofA?
