For international and high-speed services (Thalys and Fyra) running on domestic time tables, 50% compensation kicks in at 15 minute delays while a 30 minute delays leads to a 100% refund. But you only can opt for a cash compensation for delays over 60 minutes; otherwise you receive a coupon.
