Copa's PTY-LIM meal, at dinner time on a 3-hour flight in the front cabin, was:

(1) Starter - salad, roll, and a really good chicken + mango salsa dish.
(2) Entree - an excellent beef filet served with au gratin potatoes; or; a pretty good plate of chicken stuffed with olives & tomatoes + spinach pasta.
(3) Dessert - an ice cream sundae cart. (The menu also suggested "ginger creme brulee" was available, but either it wasn't loaded or we missed it because we were in the last row.)

I was very impressed with the quality of the meal and the presentation of the food and menu. It was like being on a tiny, tiny transcon!

The 16-passenger cabin got food and beverage service from just one flight attendant. She was really attentive and did a great job, but I was still surprised that it took the better part of two hours to get everyone dinner. That's most of the flight -- she worked really hard!
