agreed, busy signals and staff meetings are not what customers want to hear when they call a company to resolve a problem.
even worse, i called about a week ago and the staff meeting recording said they would be back at 7pm. i gave up at 745, the recording was still on and saying 7pm. i guess in hindsight, it didn't say what day at 7pm, so perhaps my bad for assuming it meant that day.
