you may want to use AA or BA forums,
however what I can tell you is that RJ have no more than 2 seats per flight as award/upgrade. But, they do offer very reasonable prices for upgrades at the gate, given availability of seats ofcourse.. (~500$ for YUL, this should be pretty much the same)
