Europe Latitude Flight Pass
Today I received the latest editon of OnAir, which gave the following teaser :

The new Europe Latitude Flight Pass is a pre-paid package of one-way flight credits, offering excellent value, convenience and flexibility! And you’ll enjoy Maple Leaf™ Lounge access and complimentary upgrades and changes to bookings

I was thinking about trying one of these out (especially if the complimentary upgrade is true). When you follow the link however, it does not say anything about complimentary upgardes. Rather this :

Upgrades using Star Alliance Upgrade Awards are also permitted as per the terms and conditions of the Star Alliance Upgrade Awards program. Learn more at aircanada.com/saua

Can someone in the know please shed some light on this ?
