So I was able to find 8 business seats on the MAD-IST flight on July 15 leaving at 18:10 reaching at 23:05.

Try to find seats to MAD. When searching for IB flights on ba.com note this:

To find the above seat, I searched ALC-IST.

Are you willing to pay YQ to fly BA?
