There's a large UA sign similar to what's at a UA red carpet on the right most of security check points. Generally though, unless a 747-full of people are trying to mass the checkpoint all at once, the airport personnel are a bit lax about maintaining an elite/premium line. This is okay as I'm generally through the UA terminal at JFK in less than 5 minutes from entry into the line to picking up my last item off the conveyor.
