No challenge required, just fax a copy of my last CO statement to a phone # or email a scanned copy to an email address. Does anyone know if this is a once-in-lifetime match, or not? Will they match for a non-MR Amex?
Update: If the person has been given a "benefit" status upgrade in the past by an elite, and does not hold elite status, the status match will not be granted - regardless of status on the other airline, per a letter from Delta SM.
