I've been looking all through this site. There are several posts from
people that fly only a few times a year. Not everyone, is a FF
and has a companion pass.
If you need help, call the 1-800. Obviously, the fact that there
are horrendous hold times is a management issue, not an employee
problem and certainly not a customer problem.
Which brings me to the point why another poster would
care if you call the 1-800. According to what they are saying
they hardly ever call the 1-800 number anyway. So unless,
they have some vested interested in SWA, it shouldn't matter to them.
Obviously, this person is doing almost everything online anyway. Just
my 2 cents.
IF you have to call the 1-800, do get a clarification on your expired
RR tickets. As stated above, they can only be extended once.
