Custom House Currency Exchange (now bought by Western Union, but run separately as Western Union Online FX and without the normal Western Union fees) is an option. For most services, the only fee is the spread (a decent 1-2%).

What account information is on the ticket? Just Swiss accounts?

Unfortunately, there aren't free EFTs to Swiss accounts (but there are to France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and the UK). They will issue a draft (check) for free denominated in CHF. You can have it sent directly to the recipient in Switzerland or email them to have them send it instead to you.
