While the limousine isn't out of the price range...I'd rather not pay as much as I'm paying for the accommodation just to get there...I've done a bit of baidu research and have been able to find a way to get there for under 200 rmb - a combination of tourist bus/taxi.

There is a bus every hour from Hangzhou to Qinhuangdao which costs something like 120 rmb or so and is 2 hours. It's fairly close to the hotel, and only requires a 15 minute cab ride. There's also a 5 hour bus from Shanghai, but I've got a nice pointbreak reservation in HZ which will set this trip up nicely, nor do I want to sit on a Chinese bus for that long.
