I have only ever earned one old RR award. I think. And I disagree with the poster above who says FTers have all this down cold. After reading this thread, I went back and checked my account. I needed to retrieve my account number and then guess at my password. But I got in after a while.

I found one award -- I think -- with two coupons. It gives an expiration date of July 2011 but it also says "yes" it can be extended. I clicked on that and it wants $50 to extend it.

So is July 2011 when an extension period I am already in ends? Or is that when it begins and then I pay $50? Why did it try to charge me $50 now? I could not find this explained anywhere on the website, so I was ready to make a call to find out.

But folks here are saying not to clog the already clogged lines with calls like this.
