It's 160km drive, around 2 hours.. if they go with the meter (They won't do it for such a long drive, and legally iirc don't have to do it either) it would be around 500 RMB, so you can expect the costs to be roughly twice minus some discount (as they get to be full all time.. if you arrive at a time where they won't expect much work in the next 4 hours, they might be interested in giving you more of a discount, if you arrive at 3-4pm, expect to pay exactly double (around 1000 RMB) - while a long drive certainly should be more profitable and attractive for the drivers, not all of them might be too happy about a 4 hours drive.

If you don't speak Chinese at all, might be a bit tricky, however, if you don't want to pay the premium for the Limousine, it's doable with some preparation (Worst case, have the hotel phone number and call them when discussing with the driver, let them explain to him)

If you happen to be 3+ people (with luggage), I would definitely go with the Mini Van for 1700 RMB. 2 Taxis won't come cheaper in any case, and will be less comfortable.
