Stayed here last year.

Location is really good for shopping, Carnaby Street is one of the UKs main fashion streets which is directly opposite hotel.

Allocated a suite at check in. We did move to a slightly bigger one, but found the duty manager really helpful (I think we were given the first because we checked in early, so cant complain at that).

Room nice and atmospheric, great bathroom.

Enjoyed breakfast which is served in the magistrates court- hence Courthouse Doubletree. The bar/ lounge has private "cells" you can sit in!

The Sanook Spa was actually gorgeous. The pool was superb. Loved it.

You have to ask for tea/ coffee making facilities in the room, but these are free. It doesn't have an exec lounge. I peeped in a few rooms and found them all to be decent sized, and the exec rooms were quite spacious. Nice rooms.

Overall, a good stay with some lovely touches. Duty Manager did a great job, would definately stay there again.
