On my very limited sample of one, nothing much seems to have changed - the First Officer told us about the delights of the train, BA196 pulled onto stand 552 (which is one with a jetbridge), and we slowly descended steps in groups to the usual rammed buses.

Incidentally, I tried the ePassport lanes for the first time - they were struggling and rejecting a LOT of people. I noticed a family group who were near me but heading to the normal EU lanes, and they were at the baggage claim before me.

The plus is, all this busing and passport stuff took so long that my bag arrived as I did.
