Agreed, there's another general GoGo thread that I mentioned this in as well, but as PlatinumScum noted, I also have VPN timeouts and can't get basic email work done on some flights. They really need to implement some sort of bandwidth throttling so that 4 users streaming NetFlix don't make the service unusable for the rest of the aircraft.
