UA "NETT" fares

I have just discovered that I have access to UA NETT fares in Economy and Business through a travel scheme at work.

I have never heard of this and a google search isn't bringing up much. Is this a separate booking class and will the ticket accrue EQM and RDM? As a 1P, will I still get the 100% RDM bonus and will I be eligible for UDU?
