Booked Fiat 500
Was offered Fiat 500 or Panda (supposedly same class but more POS interior), no mention of upgrade.

I asked if they had other cars, i.e. that I cold pay extra for, she said "those are the only 2 cars we have", (my coworker was renting the other).

I walk to the lot to get the keys & the car and there are prob 25 cars sitting there, all the way up to GLKs. Epic Fail @ MXP like all services rendered there. All she had to do was quote some high rate for some other car, maybe I would have declined. I do understand others were reserved, but still.
