Having stayed at Hilton Kensington numerous times i've always got an upgrade along with access to the Executive lounge, not a bad location for Heathrow and a 10 minute walk into Notting Hill/Portobello Road which is excellent for a day browsing the many shops, market stalls and have many trendy bars and cafes.
