As you all know, UA SWU listings continue to be ubiquitous on the likes of Craigslist. I know that actually selling/purchasing an SWU goes against UA's t's & c's, but how about situations when some other nominal good or service is being sold for $250-350, with the SWU's simply gifted as something extra? In everyone's experience, is this a violative/risky purchase to make?

I am mostly asking because I have heard about this from numerous friends who have thought about doing it (though no super-experienced flyers), and although it seems like quite risky and a bad idea to me, I want to turn to more wizened folks for opinions to help clear the air about this.
