The job of an antivirus is to also weed out malware that requires a user's so-called "help" to launch/install.

After all, the vast majority of such stuff doesn't just start on it's own, such as the tons of malware that is sent in email attachments. Still, the antivirus should catch such stuff out so that a user is never in a position to click/open dangerous files.
