I'd have to look at the information packets again, which is something I'm not entirely sure I can do - I'm not even sure where they're at anymore, to be honest.

However, I know STSOs themselves aren't union eligible, as you put it. LTSOs, however, I'm not entirely sure on. I just don't remember off the top of my head. Nor can I remember whether or not BDOs were included in it or not - I rather imagine they would be, at least the lower-level (2-stripe) BDOs, if not the supervisory BDOs (3-stripe).
