Of course SWA makes it difficult to find your TF...why would they
make it easy? Ditto on the expired RR tickets....
Maybe we should start a thread of underhanded tricks airlines
employ to separate you from your money. SWA certainly is not
alone in this category. This is not an airline that cares about
keeping their passengers happy any longer. It sure isn't about Positively Outrageous Service.
The only thing that is outrageous is the wait times (1-800 and CS) and the employees on the other end don't seem very happy either. And no, it
isn't because I asked about an expired RR ticket either.
Maybe they should have stuck to Mr. Kelleher's philosophy take care
of your people and they will take care of your customers. I've been
flying with SWA for years, it is sad how much everything has
deteriorated in the span of 1 year. I call a spade as I see it.
