No, but people who pay close attention to this board also tend to pay attention to their frequent-flier accounts, regardless of their source of points.
But certainly, if you can't figure out how to look up your expired awards on the website, you should call the 1-800 number and ask. They will be happy to help you. I think we agree on all points except for the original implication that Southwest is somehow hiding expired award information from people or otherwise making the information difficult to get.
Now if this was a question about chasing down remnant TTF's, I would have more sympathy for the customer... I track all of my TTF's in a spreadsheet knowing that if I lose 'em, they are not easy to find.
