The departure tax is officially the Columbia International Airport Tax (CO). The Columbia Resident Exit Tax (DG) is $36. There is also the Columbia Sales Tax (YS), which is equal to 16 percent of the base fare.

I assume you mean the Eduador Airport Tax (QB). Per ITA, it IS included in the ticket. But per IATA, it has to be paid in cash at the airport. Transit passengers are exempt.
