Having separate lanes is great. Lumping multiple groups who board separately under one "priority Access" name is poor. It results in everyone with PA clogging the PA lane prior to boarding.
In my personal view, it would be better to label the elite lane with the specific groups: First Class, Business Class, Executive Platinum, Platinum, etc. It may make for a longer sign, but it also makes it very clear that these groups can use the lane but separately.
