Hi Alaska folks,

My girlfriend tried to give her Mileage Plan number when checking in for a BA flight at Heathrow today. Two different agents tried, and both reported "number too short" errors on their computers.

She has a nine-digit MP number (like me, although I was crediting to BAEC on this trip)... anyone else run into this?
