Can I add some more confusion to this thread?

LIM: The "tax" was the tarifa aeroportuaria which everyone had to pay and was not included in any tickets. This is now included in tickets but last time I went I found that the airport staff didn't know how it works. I went on a LAN award trip and it was included in the additional taxes I paid. I don't know if AA.com includes this tax in the tickets now, I would imagine that they do because their website has the same prices as LAN.com and LAN certainly includes it.

BOG: There are three taxes, $10 tourism tax, $34 departure tax and $32 residents' exit tax. Purchases on AA.com include the first two. Purchases on AA.com for itineraries starting in Colombia should include the residents' tax but don't. For visitors to Colombia, you don't need to pay this tax if you are in Colombia for less than 60 days but you do have to get the exemption stamp from the airport.

UIO: Annoying tax for everyone that is never included in tix

EZE/SCL: This is not a tax at all, it is a reciprocal visa fee charge which will never be included in your ticket
