I've read this sentence at least five times and -- for the life of me -- I can't figure out what you are trying to say. (I also think you don't need the apostrophe in "its".)

But, if you are complaining about hotel staff ignoring DND signs, I have written about this topic extensively. It is insanely frustrating.

One strategy housekeeping uses to bother you without actually knocking on your door is for the attendant to call the front desk and have the front desk call the room asking when you want service. The Westin Lagunamar Cancun finds this method convenient.
