As it stands, I'm sure those of us on FT are probably the only ones who fully use all e-certs, and some FTers even keep spreadsheets of theirs. Have traveled with multiple friends over the past year and somehow all have received e-certs - whether for schedule changes, flight cancellations, etc. Ironically all have since forgotten about them...and they've expired.
