Just an off topic reminder -

Warning, watch out for obscene international data roaming charges after you get to Canada! Go to Settings > General > Network and make sure "Data Roaming" is turned OFF.

If it's on, you could easily be charged 3 cents a kilobyte for data, which doesn't seem like much, except it means you could be charged $20 for looking at a picture somebody emails you, $50 for looking at a map, etc etc.

Check with your Australian provider to make sure, but seemingly every cell company everywhere in the world charges every phone owner an absolutely outrageous amount for data roaming that costs the carrier only pennies to provide. There are plenty of horror stories of people making a 2 day international trip and getting a data bill for thousands of dollars.

Also, have a great trip! There are lots of cafés and other spots with Wifi. Use those when you need data access on your phone.
