This is quite a useful feature. Does it apply to all tickets/classes/promos/etc.?
I once bought an SQ ticket with the aim of doing an upgrade, and when that sadly didn't work out I cancelled straight away (within 20 mins of booking), albeit at a fee. Felt like I paid for nothing, which I guess is exactly what I did.
