My suggestion is call Hyatt Customer Service and Hotel's Manager on duty to cancel the Sunday - Monday room. By doing this, you get your money back and stay qualification without a single problem. If this is not possible, then just call Hyatt Customer Service, explain the condition and most probably they will put the qualifying stay in (do not forget to collect the folio for each hotel) ^^^ Hope it helps
