Only ten minutes in total in the afternoon but in the morning, when the bulk of the international long haul arrives, I know (from past experience when they had passport control in place) that it can take half an hour or more, especially if you're behind a flight full of Chinese workers, with transit (and I assume other African) visas to check (as happened with me last year).

Edit: Of course, we may be missing something here and it might be that the passport control is only in place at certain times of the day (i.e. when flights of interest have arrived).
