Hi,

I rented a FullSize SUV last year in Denver (one way to Phoenix) and I had some problem to get the Chevy Tahoe (for the fullsize is write chevy tahoe OR similar).

So for me and because I saw approx 15 Tahoe on the parking, I was thinking easy, I will get my tahoe, unfortunately the guy gave me a Ford Flex and he told me "this is a fullsize SUV". Finaly after 30 min of discution I got my tahoe (and that was at 1h30AM!).

So, now I try again at ORD in 3 weeks, I booked a FullSize SUV or similar, and want to know if some of you rented at National Chicago, what kind of car you get for this category.

Is just I think, if the Tahoe is available, why I have to ask for 30 min to finaly get what i want!
