Can I use miles or Amex points for Alitalia? They are part of Skyteam.
Should I start with Delta?

You are on a 777, Y seat very similar to BA - catering very similar, AVOD worse

In J you have a lie angled seat - very wide but NOT flat
Catering better than BA (took the FCO - LAX route last month and catering in J really has gone up a notch. Great prosciutto and an amazing "primo" -> pasta

Anywhere else in Italy I would fly BA but to go direct...
