Yeah the tornadoes and severe t-storms were on Wed afternoon/evening stretching from the NYC area up through BOS. Plenty of ground stops then, as well as the tornado about 30 min from where I live.

Don't think there was bad weather in the area of JFK on Tues, so not sure why the divert.
