I think you will find that sometimes MMB doesn't offer the ability to cancel certain bookings - I have never found out why - especially on redemptions I have made. However, where necessary, I have never had a problem doing it by calling BAEC and explaining the option is "greyed out". They have then processed my request at their end manually...
