Sorry to hear about the toe injury, I'm sorry to say that toes, fingers and ribs are the sort of fractures that don't/can't be treated, with fingers & toes in the uk rarely even getting an x-ray.

As far as BA goes, perhaps an email to advice with flight number, seat number etc to allow the seat to be looked at, I very much doubt that any compo would be offered as the injury wasn't seen to onboard so no doubt there is no official version of this ever happening.

obviously I'm not in any way doubting what has happened either.
