I hope you hang around to answer any questions the first of which are

1) are there any issues paying with non-US credit cards?
2) are the passes issued as e-tickets or does a paper ticket need to be delivered?
3) when booking the passes what proof of arriving ticket is required- do you need to enter a ticket number somewhere in the booking process?

Just for house-keeping when seaching the TAM Brasil Airpass the website has a note : Note: TAM only flies to and from Fernando de Noronha on Saturdays. My searches in August showed flights on Sun,Mon and Tues but not Sat.
