Likely not. As long as you do not need to reticket it, should be fine (but for your own peace of mind, check on the coupon status). But, if you need to reticket it for any reason you won't be able to.

You have to get to the screen prior to confirming for a non-DL int'l flight. E.g. try AMS-CDG, that'll always have something.

The blackout dates only exist for 3 airlines: MU, MH and CI.
Others do not have blackout dates.

The fare rule set of blackout dates only has two options
1. NONE (if DL flights displayed)
2. The full text as I posted (reformatted for clarity) if non-DL flights (any airline, e.g. doesn't matter you book AF or KL who have no blackout dates, still the MH/MU/CI ones will be displayed).
