it has, in ATL, at least. had some leftovers in my bag from one restaurant in another city and went to 2nd level skyclub in A Terminal and one of the ladies went downstairs to heat it up for me as long as i made sure i didn't eat it there in the skyclub!
but yeah just pour it in a coffee cup. same skyclub had plenty of cups for coffee next to the bar you could use. just be rather modest about having it.
