Hello. I'm new to this forum but so glad it's here so I can vent on how ticked off I am right now!!

I have been an Hilton Honor member for about 10 years. I have also been a Southwest Airlines Rapid Reward member for longer than that. Love how Hilton Honors allows "double dipping"...getting HH credits AND SW reward credits.

Well I just learned today that the last 3 Hampton Inn stays will not go towards my SW RR credits because back in 2009 my account was deactivated for none use (I wasn't aware of that), then in 2010 reactivated (wasn't aware of this either) and when it was, I didn't select SW as my partner, although they had my SW RR number in there. Now they say they can not go back and add them.

So I have 4900 points with Hilton (can't get a free stay with less than 13,000) so basically I've wasted 3 of my stays. Could have had about 1800 points with SW had they been directed that way.

I am so mad!! I've talked to a supervisor and she is the one that told me they can't do anything to make those points go over to SW. She did give me 3000 points though....Woopie!! Grrrr!!!
