There are so many easy appetizers to serve it insane they give the same crap salad. Pate, shrimps scallops, smoked fish either lox or a decent smoked white fish just to name a few

Pudding... How hard is it offer either a decent chocolate cake or cheese cake. And a cheese plate of nice Brie and a hard cheddar and a decent blue cheese Stilton some fresh fruit and quality crackers. It boggles the mind
